Shipping policy

 

I sell products in Spain and Europe. The table below shows the costs for the main destinations.
If someone wants to buy a backpack outside the destinations that I have configured on the web, you can contact me through  info@bobartfactory.com  and I will indicate the costs and tariffs for shipping.

Please note that you are buying a handmade product, which is made to order. The production time is 15-20 days, plus shipping time. Except during sales and peak periods, when it may take longer.

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel throughout its journey. Please contact to us  info@bobartfactory.com  if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order.

 

We ship our packages with MAIL BOXES and a signature may be required upon receipt. If you are not present to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave you a calling card telling you how to collect your parcel.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will need to pay to the courier directly at the time of delivery.
If the packet is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.
